Can I use PayPal?
Paypal is not currently supported. We only accept Visa or Mastercard payments via the site, apple or google pay.
Can I track my order?
You will be sent a tracking number by email once dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 28 days for delivery. Most of the time you will receive your order sooner than this. If you have not received your order after 29 day please email shop@samtaylor.art.
Can I combine postage orders?
As we are sending limited edition art, we do not to combine items in case of damage. If you are wanting more than one item sent in the same package, please email us and we will try to accommodate. We refund the extra postage charge but cannot accept responsibility if the prints are damaged when opened.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We can only currently accept orders via the web shop.
My item arrived damaged can I get a refund?
Please send us photo evidence as soon as possible or refuse the package and it will be sent back to us.
Will a receipt be included with my order?
You will receive a receipt via email once you have placed an order.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please email shop@samtaylor.art. If you request to cancel your order after it has been despatched we will be unable to process a refund until the item has been returned to us. Once returned to us we will process a refund for the cost of the item, but we will not be able to refund the postage and packaging costs paid.
My Card has been refused?
If you receive the message "Authorisation on that payment type has been declined by the bank" your card has been declined by your card issuer. You will need to contact your card issuer to find out why your card has been refused. You should check you have entered the following correctly:

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
