I don't like it and I want to return an item?

We hope you are happy with the item(s) you purchase however if you are not, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

You will need to inform us by email that you intend to return the item(s) within the 14 days.

To do so, simply email shop@samtaylor.art Include the following to help us find your order as quickly as possible

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Delivery address
  • What item you are returning
So where do I return the art?

The returns address will be provided to you in the return email.

What costs will you refund?

If you cancel your order because you have changed your mind we will refund the price you paid for the artwork we sadly cannot refund postage costs. 

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. This must arrive in the same condition we sent it, so we suggest you insure it when sending as we wont be responsible for any lost returns. 

How will you refund me?

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

Do I have to pay the cost of returning the artwork to you?

Yes, unless the artwork is damaged or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the artwork to us.

What if the item is faulty?

If the artwork is found to be damaged or not as described. Please email shop@samtaylor.art as soon as you receive the item. Include the following to help us identify your order as quickly as possible:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Delivery address
  • Photo of the damaged item
Where do I send the damaged item?

The returns address will be provided to you in the return email.

So its damaged do I have to pay to return this?

Yes, but we will refund the price of the artwork in full, together with any applicable delivery charges.
